Employment Qualifications

 Interested job applicants must meet the following qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or its equivalent or higher

Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions

Must show proof of experience of the job applying for

Must have a clean criminal background check

A valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a motor vehicle

Be registered with Family Care Safety Registry or willing to register  

Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

Ability to observe and record behavioral data

Ability to communicate clearly with staff and consumers verbally and also be able to use electronic communication devices (including telephone, email, and others).  

Must be healthy; not with any contagious diseases

Knowledge and experience of working with people with developmental disabilities is helpful.
